Technical features

• HoloMaker is an industry-specific lithography system designed for digital holography. The plate-making area is up to 200 mm × 300 mm for HoloMaker, and 600 mm × 800 mm for HoloScan.
• The Holo series holographic lithography system adopts a distinctive optical structure that enables high-quality plate making from sub-wavelength to micron-scale micro-structures. The interference mode effectively supports high-quality plate making of sub-wavelength feature structures, while the amplitude writing mode supports plate making of arbitrary planar vector lines and 3D relief structures. It effectively supports almost all types of visual and encrypted optical features, such as 3D scene, true color, color changing silver, sub-wavelength, miniature encryption, laser encryption, invisible watermarking, dynamic light change, holographic lens and other multi-feature structures.
• The HoloMakerB model features a 405 nm light source, while the HoloMakerC and HoloScan models are equipped with ultraviolet pulse light sources. All models support high-resolution plate-making with a fixed diaphragm of 3700 dpi, a variable diaphragm of up to 10000 dpi, and a maximum diaphragm of 254000 dpi.
